mind your grammar/tense/spelling :)

Victor, i have read some of your replies posted on this board, some of your replies have gramatical mistakes, so i suggest you putting your concentration more on grammar learning.

Wot, errs? come on boy .... there aren't that much .., as far as I concern.  Firstly "U can call me victor" ~~~ well ~~~ nothing wrong with it. I wanna no wot's wrong with it too if there is... (but if u're arguing it's not a polite way to say, I then will agree with u )

2ndly, "in a company now in Shunde" it sounds abit hard & complicate, but still dun c any errs ...

finally "i major in " major here is a verb... not an err

& "will have the chance " the can be used to emphasize meaning which the author wanna express.

The only err is "ect....." should be "etc."

1stly, yup, that;s exactly my point.

2ndly.in a company now in shunde, doesnt it look weird? i think if he wanna specific that he is now working at a company currently, the now should be put at the end of the sentence, but well, i have no clue whether or not it is gramatically wrong?but i reckon the now should be put at the end of the sentence. just correct me if its wrong.=P

3rdly, I major in,,,since he is now working , so supposed that he has graduated , so present tense shouldnt be used ,instead pass tense should be used. so wrong tense.

lastly, it needs more explanations to support your view[em07]. i dont quite understand how the "the" can emphasize the author's meaning. i dount if there is the chance. again, just correct me if i am wrong.

The way to study hard is the way to the door of your goal.

the meaning of "i am workin in a company now in Shunde "  VS i am workin in a company in Shunde now. there is a slightly difference between these two sentences, try by putting a comma in it. The first one, I'm workin in a company, now in shunde, which  emphasizes i'm in shunde rite now, it is more sounding like a immediate conversation. the 2nd sentence  I'm workin in a company, in shunde now represents i've been working in a company of shunde for a period of time till now. The 1st phrase gives a narrower time frame when specifies now, where the 2nd phrase gives a border time frame when specifies a period of time till now.

Even u've graduated from the Uni. u can still use it since u'ar studyin it in a sense that study is an on-goin process.  If "majored" was used the meaning would've been different. (who knows wot the writter thinks ...)

Obviously, by distinguishing "hope we have a chance blah blah..... etc. " & "hope we have the chance blah blah" u might notice that "the changce is wot the readers no about, it's not by means of coincidence but to talk about a futhur plan so that we can blah blah ....etc. However the other phrase, "a chance" is saying we might have opportunity by either coincidence or luck to blah blah....etc.

Previously, I was only lookin at the individual sentence. However, kenleung did give Victor a good recommendation. It was not a good piece of writting but an understandable though ...
